The Woods

You know when you meet someone for the first time and instantly just click like you've known them forever? That's how it felt meeting Stacey + Anthony for the first time over zoom. I thought I HAVE TO document their wedding day because A: their maid of honour and best man are their adorable little son and daughter, how stinking cute is that. and B: I just loved their love. My favourite thing is the way Anthony described the first time he saw Stacey at a work conference, he said “There was a crowd full of people and I happened to look over at her and it was just love at first sight. Everyone else in the room around her went blurry”.

After having to replan their wedding during covid they officially become The Woods on a beautiful May afternoon at the most beautiful venue. Tucked between Liberty Village in Toronto is a gem called Caffino Ristorante that quickly became my most favourite venue. It gives off industrial, rustic, whimsical vibes with an old Italian charm. Each wall, each corner of this venue, had something special. The beautiful greenery, the gorgeous windows, giving so much variety and room for creativity.
